Job Description:
Under the general supervision of the Operations/IT Manager, the Graphic Designer will produce graphic arts using industry standard software applications for the sales and marketing department. The position requires a team player who will provide support to the marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Consult with marketing team to establish the nature and content of promotional designs, illustrations and strategies
- Determine medium best suited to produce desired visual effect and methods of reproduction
- Prepare sketches, photographs or illustrations of subjects to be rendered
- Create all marketing materials for MCF such as: a logo, brochures, posters, business cards, letterhead and signs
- Work with and provide art work to the Web Developer to develop/ maintain MCF website
- Create, revise and maintain procedures log and sample binder of completed products.
- Produce final designs or illustrations
- Complete other duties as required by MCF Facilitators

Requirements: College or university degree or related experience. Be familiar with the industry standard applications such as Quark Xress, Adobe creative suite in the MAC and/or PC environment. Creative, flexible, and able to work with timelines and a team environment. Good communication and organizational skills.
